For over 35 years, I have been sculpting professionally. During that time, I have created public art and sculptures on three continents and in several countries, including the United States, China, Thailand, and India. My Bronzes are on view in public spaces in the United States at Hudson Gardens, CO; Gillette, WY; Lake Oswego, OR; Farmington, NM; Sioux Falls, SD; Mason City, IA; St. Paul, MN, and more. In addition, they can be viewed at the Denver Art Museum in Denver, Colorado, and the Underwater Museum of Art in Florida. I was selected by the National Sculpture Society in Washington, DC, as the only Colorado Sculptor for the Military Personnel Memorial Portrait Project. My commission from this honor was to create bronze portraits of fallen war veterans. My public art is featured in the US Public Art Archive Map. I am a woman sculptor of color. My sculptures can best be described as figurative, stylistic representations of moments in life, a zeitgeist of my surroundings. My emphasis is on composition, and my art is a transformative journey that engages the viewer and the creator.
