Deconstructed to spectacular effect, Alvar reflects a distressed check pattern and  erased hues. The painterly illusion is made possible by a lavish 64-knot pile, as well as ultra-fine wool yarns that create infinite layers of shading.

DETAILS
• Made from premium New Zealand wool and Bamboo silk
• Natural shading in the wool produces organic variations in tone
• Hand-sheared high-low ½" pile
• Finished with hand-serged edges
• Double washed to enhance texture, color and medium luster
• Depending on size, each artisan-crafted rug takes 6 months to produce
• Given the rug's handcrafted nature, slight variations in shading and size are inherent to the design
• Made in India


CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Rotate the rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear.
• Vacuum as needed in one direction (not back and forth) using suction only, no bristles.
• Do not pull any loose threads; use scissors to trim protruding ends.
• No spot cleaning; never use liquids on viscose rugs.
• Avoid rubbing stains, which causes them to settle more deeply.
• If cleaning is needed, send the rug to a professional service with experience cleaning fine rugs.

• If a shipment shows signs of damage in transit, please let us know within 24 hours at info@imeandesign.com or +917977983733 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST or +5:30GMT). In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, quantity), please share the pictures & videos of the damaged packaging or material with us.

• The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
