Nishita Fine Tableware is made from the highest quality porcelain and it ensures extremely high resistance to chipping and scratching. However, due to the use of gold and platinum in the dinnerware, none of the pieces are microwave or dishwasher safe. Although it is scratch and wear resistant, gold decors are not totally scratch free by virtue of their natural material properties.

In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, quantity), please share the pictures & videos of the damaged packaging or material with us.

• The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
