Moss is a hand-tufted rug that channels the quiet strength of nature with its palette of earthy greens, stone greys, and muted olives. Made with a blend of wool and viscose, it delivers both softness underfoot and a gentle luster that shifts with the light—perfect for modern interiors with a natural, contemplative soul.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Rotate the rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear.
• Vacuum as needed in one direction (not back and forth) using suction only, no bristles.
• Do not pull any loose threads; use scissors to trim protruding ends.
• No spot cleaning; never use liquids on viscose rugs.
• Avoid rubbing stains, which causes them to settle more deeply.
• If cleaning is needed, send the rug to a professional service with experience cleaning fine rugs.

In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, quantity), please share the pictures & videos of the damaged packaging or material with us.

• The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
