CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Vacuum regularly to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Solid material can be either removed by vacuuming or by using a knife.
• Any liquid spill should be immediately cleaned with a clean white cloth to avoid stains.
• Loose ends of the fiber may stick out under severe wear and tear. Clip these ends, pulling threads or fiber may lead to severe damage to the rug.
• Spills of colored liquid and curry have to be immediately treated with club soda to neutralize the stain.
• Avoid Humidity and Moisture at all costs.
• Only in case of a severe stain should you resort to a mild soap solution. Blot to treat them and remove the solution with a wet towel.

• If a shipment shows signs of damage in transit, please let us know within 24 hours at info@imeandesign.com or +917977983733 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST or +5:30GMT). In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, quantity), please share the pictures & videos of the damaged packaging or material with us.

• The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
