This is the sculpture of dancing Ganesha, known as Natya Ganapathi, is located at the Lakshmi Narasimha temple in Nuggehalli, Karnataka, built in 1246 CE during the Hoysala Empire. Ganesha is revered as the God of wisdom, beginnings and the remover of obstacles. The curved trunk represents” Aum”, the sound of cosmos, and the snake belt signifies energy, brings both wisdom and positive energy to the home.
