Artfully loom knotted from mill-spun wool, bamboo silk and viscose, Shibori is inspired by the ancient Japanese dyeing technique that creates organic and unique patterns. High and low pile heights adds depth and highlights the design of this rug.

60% wool, 30% viscose, 10% bamboo silk pile

DETAILS:
• Masterfully loom knotted from wool and viscose
• 64 knots per square inch produce a dense pile with beautifully defined detail
• Hand sheared to a ¼" pile height
• Finished with hand-serged edges
• Given the rug's handcrafted nature, slight variations in shading and size are inherent to the design

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
• Rotate the rug every 3 months to avoid uneven fading and wear.
• Vacuum as needed in one direction (not back and forth) using suction only, no bristles.
• Do not pull any loose threads; use scissors to trim protruding ends.
• No spot cleaning; never use liquids on viscose rugs.
• Avoid rubbing stains, which causes them to settle more deeply.
• If cleaning is needed, send the rug to a professional service with experience cleaning fine rugs.

In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, quantity), please share the pictures & videos of the damaged packaging or material with us.

• The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
