Care & Instructions:

1) Our metal furniture is treated with various finishes, including powder coating, clear coating, or natural finishes.

2) Metal furniture must be kept in a cool and dry environment to avoid corrosion.

3) Dust metal furniture daily and wipe with a soft damp towel. Do not use any chemical or cleaning solution as there is a chance of corrosion.

4) Avoid placing keys, sharp objects, or glasses directly on the metal surface as it may cause scratching.

• If a shipment shows signs of damage in transit, please let us know within 24 hours at info@imeandesign.com or +917977983733 (Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm IST or +5:30GMT). In an unlikely event, if you happen to receive an incorrect or defective merchandise (style, size, quantity), please share the pictures & videos of the damaged packaging or material with us.

• The quality control team will evaluate and then initiate a replacement on the same, or if the item is not readily available, a credit note for the same amount. We apologize in advance for any issues you might face, and look forward to helping you replace your items at the earliest.
